AL KAFIROON (THE DISBELIEVERS)

Allah – beginning with the name of –
the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
|
AYAT |
TRANSLATION |
|
1 |
قُلْ يَا أَيُّهَا الْكَافِرُونَ |
|
Proclaim, (O dear prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), “O disbelievers!” |
|
|
2 |
لَا أَعْبُدُ مَا تَعْبُدُونَ |
|
Neither do I worship what you worship. |
|
|
3 |
وَلَا أَنتُمْ عَابِدُونَ مَا أَعْبُدُ |
|
Nor do you worship Whom I worship. |
|
|
4 |
وَلَا أَنَا عَابِدٌ مَّا عَبَدتُّمْ |
|
And neither will I ever worship what you worship. |
|
|
5 |
وَلَا أَنتُمْ عَابِدُونَ مَا أَعْبُدُ |
|
Nor will you worship Whom I worship. |
|
|
6 |
لَكُمْ دِينُكُمْ وَلِيَ دِينِ |
|
For you is your religion, and for me is mine. |
