AL QADR (THE DESTINY)

Allah – beginning with the name of –
the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
|
AYAT |
TRANSLATION |
|
1 |
إِنَّا أَنزَلْنَاهُ فِي لَيْلَةِ الْقَدْرِ |
|
We have indeed sent down the Qur’an in the Night of Destiny. |
|
|
2 |
وَمَا أَدْرَاكَ مَا لَيْلَةُ الْقَدْرِ |
|
And what have you understood, what the Night of Destiny is! |
|
|
3 |
لَيْلَةُ الْقَدْرِ خَيْرٌ مِّنْ أَلْفِ شَهْرٍ |
|
The Night of Destiny is better than a thousand months. |
|
|
4 |
تَنَزَّلُ الْمَلَائِكَةُ وَالرُّوحُ فِيهَا بِإِذْنِ رَبِّهِم مِّن كُلِّ أَمْرٍ |
|
In it descend the angels and Jibreel, by the command of their Lord – for all works. |
|
|
5 |
سَلَامٌ هِيَ حَتَّىٰ مَطْلَعِ الْفَجْرِ |
|
It is peace until the rising of dawn. |
